When will we get the photos after our wedding?
How many weddings do you accept maximum in a year?
We deliver your sneakpeek after 1 week and full story after 6-8 weeks.
We don't have a fixed number, but currently, we only accept around 60 weddings per year.
What percentage of the photos are black and white?
How far should we book in advance?
Typically, black and white photos will account for about 10-20%. If you would like more or fewer, please let us know your preferences.
For destination weddings & elopement, many couples book us at least 1 year in advance.
For Vietnam weddings, they typically book 6-12 months in advance.
But there are also some spontaneous requests. So the earlier you contact us, the better the chances are that your date is still available in our calendar.
How many pictures of our wedding will we get?
Usually we deliver between 400 – 1000 images, depending on the packaged.
Can we meet before booking?
Of course, we love to get to know new people and couples. If you are living outside of Vietnam or abroad we can zoom/google meet as well.
Do you retouch photos after blending?
Certainly. We retouch all photos. With the desire for photos to be slightly more beautiful than reality, we can help you remove blemishes and imperfections. However, we refuse to edit in a way that makes you look like someone else.
What if we need to cancel/reschedule our shoot or wedding?
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable and We hold them for your new date.
Do you curate the photos after retouching?
Yes! Storytelling is one of the signature aspects of Thien Tong Photography. Therefore, all storytelling photo sets are curated to provide you with a consistent narrative perspective throughout your wedding day. We aim for you to feel the seamlessness, completeness, and emotions of your wedding day even 20 or 50 years later.
What are the payment methods?
We accept flexible payments via cash, banking, PayPal, Wise, and Binance.
Do you issue invoices?
I want to know more about the equipment and tools for photo editing.
Yes, our prices do not include VAT. If you require an invoice, we will charge an additional 8-10%.
We use Mac studio along with Studio Display, iMac, and MacBook to synchronize colors during the photo editing process.
Do you use flashes very often or available light?
For weddings we prefer available light, but use flashes when the natural light isn’t adequate.
